The Manchester Clinic of Plastic Surgery has seen over 70,000 patients and performed nineteen thousand surgeries since opening. Dr. Gary Manchester received his medical education and surgical training at Harvard Medical School where he served as a clinical instructor at two of their teaching hospitals (Peter Bent Brigham and Beth Israel Hospitals). Dr. Manchester also founded the division of Plastic Surgery at the San Diego Scripps Green Hospital where he served as director for four years.

Dr. Manchester performs a wide array of both surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including face lifts, brow lifts, rhinoplasty, abdominoplasty and liposuction; breast lifts, breast augmentation and breast reduction; dermabrasion, and chemical peels.The Clinic has over 6 different laser procedures which are available to our patients. The Clinic offers a wide variety of injectable fillers such as Radiesse®, Juvederm™, Restylene®, Artifill® as well as Botox®.
